PayPal Instructions

3. Under the "Personal" Tab, select "Payment Owed". Click "Continue".
4. Review your payment information. (*There is no fee to pay using your PayPal account or make a transfer directly from your bank account. A small fee will apply for debit or credit card payments.)
5. Click "Send Money".
